I was on Bus Sur from the park to Puerto Natales and it was great! A/c, outlets and WiFi all worked great. I was on Marga after from Puerto Natales to El Calafate at 1530 and it was terrible. It made several other stops, a/c wasn’t personally controlled and was very hot after the last stop and all the windows fogged up. It did not have WiFi, nothing playing on the TV in the front and the power outlet in my seat was broken. The worst was arriving so late. We didn’t get to our final stop until after 2230 (was suppose to be 2100) and therefore had to pay for a taxi since it was dark to get to my hostel.

It was good to have wifi on th bus after several days offline in TdP. We were however unable to view the stops that were planned along the way when booking and taking the trip (wasn't on our tickets). The bus stopped for over an hour - didn't add time to the expected journey of 4 hours but it would have been nice to be aware ahead of time.
