Bolivariano User Reviews
Bolivariano receives praise for its comfortable buses and friendly staff, contributing to an overall pleasant travel experience. However, some users have noted issues such as delays due to roadblocks or frequent stops, limited Wi-Fi availability, older bus models lacking advertised amenities like screens and USB-C ports, and overly cold temperatures on board.
The 8am bus we booked online left early at 0735 so just as well we arrived early at 0730! 3 Americans at our hostel went to buy tickets at the station and were told the 8am was full so they could only book for 9am. Our bus was only half full throughout the whole journey so not too sure how the bus company manages its seats. Arrived in Armenia over an hour earlier than expected which was a pleasant surprise.

The driver is very professional but the bus itself is old and does not have many things it advertises like Wifi or screens. And it stops everywhere so that we arrived very late.

The bus we booked unfortunately didn't run, so we had to take a later one. We received no information whatsoever from the bus company.

Espreso Bolivariano has very modern and new buses. Everything seems to be brand new, like not used that much :). Buses are safe, I noticed that tyres are as well in excellent shape. Drivers: well - in Latin America all of them are race drivers 😁. Anyway both of them (after 5 hours they change) were professionals.

Our driver was insane. We did the trip in 2 hours less that we were supposed to so we had to sit and wait for 2 extra hours at the terminal. Also noone actually slept because he was driving so fast around corners and overtaking large trucks that everyone was being shaken around the cabin
