Advance Multimedia Plus: Available only on some routes, the Multimedia Plus service is offered with a 48-60 seat bus and is the most exclusive and comfortable class of Avanza busses. Advance Multimedia VIP: Available only on the Madrid – Segovia – Madrid service, the VIP Multimedia service is offered with a 36-seater bus. Avanza receives praise for its punctuality, cleanliness, and comfortable buses. Many users appreciate the spacious seating and smooth travel experience. However, some travelers noted issues with unclear signage at Segovia bus station and occasional delays in departure times. Additionally, there were concerns about discrepancies between advertised direct routes and actual stops during trips.

It was pontual and the driver was energetic in a positive way as there were many people waiting for buses when he specificied that bus was looking for the ones going to La Linea as priority
