日本語で失礼します。バスは時間通りに来て、時間通りに着きました。バスの運転手もとても親切で良かったです。 1点残念な事があります。元々予定していたバス(9/23 10:20amトロント発でノースベイ行き)が、台風により香港空港閉鎖のため、キャセイ便が欠航したため、予約していたバスに間に合わなくなりました。その場合はキャンセル可能と聞いているのですが、やり方が分かりません。キャンセルの手続き方法を教えてください。

My complaint is really with Ontario Northland. It was 35 minutes behind picking us up at 1:10am and the bus driver was playing music the whole drive which is very annoying on a night bus when people are trying to sleep. The funny part is they even have an automated announcement several times during the trip to remind passengers to keep their phones low so not to disrupt the other passenger.

The train ticket I was sold was for a train that didn't exist. I arrived at the station ten minutes before it left and all the signs said no more trains for the evening. I had to take a $150 Uber back.
