The beds were amazing but the bus was freezing cold the entire night so we got no sleep at all.

The seats were comfortable but beyond that we had a poor experience. The staff were rude and very unhelpful. They seemed to be putting a lot of cargo into the luggage hold instead of passengers luggage and left us waiting a long time to load our bags, I imagine not everyone’s bags would have fit in the hold because of this. The AC was too high so it was very cold. They allowed sellers on the bus. Many other passengers took calls or played videos aloud all night long.

Bus was freezing cold. My suitcase that was in the bottom of the bus had clearly had someone try and go through it. The main zip was locked but someone unzipped the extension zipper trying to access my stuff and went through everything in the exterior pockets

We caught the overnight bus from Sucre to La Paz. The bus left on time but arrived over an hour later than expected. The seats were comfortable & large, however there were no seatbelts.
