The train was clean, it ran pretty much on schedule, and the bath rooms were adequate. Having two train stations at Penn Station, one with a different name was confusing. The Amtrak people were grumpy and not very helpful, it felt more like a bus service. The intercom announcements, on the train, were not clear.
