Bus was 20 mins or so late at my stop. However, there are awful lot of roadworks going on at the moment, so this delay was understandable, and, we still arrived at Heathrow Airport in on time - traffic was light. The driver was very pleasant, informative and helpful. Timings were mainly excellent, seats were comfortable.
