Company is disorganized and inconsistent. One bus driver says kids have to go to the back for safety, other bus let kids up front. Forced to wait outside in the cold while we waited for a worker to open the office.
Luggage tags were not assigned to bags in Bc but were in Calgary. Passengers are told not to have bags on seats next to them but the bus driver doesnt enforce these rules. Bus driver did not always do a body count.
It's 18+ hour trip but they don't offer anything complimentary like snacka or water. A 5 hour trip from fort McMurray to Edmonton has water and light snacka for free/ same company.
