We had very straighforward and pleasant return journey from Stansted to Oxford last night. The staff was helpful and professional. They have answered to all our questions and advised. It will be nice if more poeple are aware that the tickets for the National express busses are valid for Oxford Tube too.

I travelled from Stansted at 2 pm on the 9. Feb in a howling gale. The roads were awful. The bus had to reroute several times down country roads due to accidents on the motorway and also got stuck by a tree on the road. The driver tackled each problem as they arose, never stressing and remaining cheery, kind and helpful throughout. He - and his safe driving through that weather - was marvelous and got us safely to Oxford!
