The driver and staff were very professional and helpful. I missed my coach due to a one hour flight delay, however, when I explained to the National Express representative, he was very helpful. Sorry I didn't get his name, but he was an old chap at the Stanstead airport National express help desk. Can't say thesame for Ryanair staff
