The bus was late , the driver k. Tyler union rep, was curt to a few regulars on the bus, It just was a bus trip gone wrong. It seem she may have been tired. She was swerving on the highway... The bus was dirty.. obviously it’s not the greyhound of old.. For some reason on the return trip from NJ .The Driver Drake ,did not enforce assigned seating , in which I was not a fan of .. what was the use of assigned seating? If we are not being seated in our assigned seating ? It was overall bad customer service a awful ride .I know if Amtrak was available .I would have been on it! I will never ride greyhound again.

This was one of the worst rides on a bus I have had. The bus was late and the driver could not find the bus station in Wilmington and Philadelphia. The bus was 2 hour late to my destination. Instead of a 5 hour trip it turn into a 7 plus hour trip. I wanted to take the Greyhound to NJ in October, but after this trip I don't know if I want to ride the Greyhound again.
