I could only give one star, booking was easy but then I applied to cancel and ask for a refund(due to illness). The system was very complicated and unnecessary I refuse to repeat information already given when the Booking number should be sufficient to show proof of purchase.

The journey by National Express was booked as a direct journey from Sheffield to York however we were informed that we must change at Leeds. At Leeds we left our coach to be told to catch the Leeds to York service but we were expecting a National Express bus but later found out it was to be a Coastliner. We paid for all the journey but we’re covered from Leeds to York by our seniors travel pass and return. Apart from this we enjoyed travelling by National Express. Please make senior citizens aware of this benefit provided by North Yorkshire. Best Wishes M. Milner
