The bus was an hour late, no usb charge in front of seat, no functioning monitors

I was very disappointed with the service, I was sent an email with the pick up location sending me to one place and the pick was at another. I called numerous times to check the status of the bus and there wasn’t anyone available or no way to leave a message. I called again today and the answer of the lady I spoke to was very rude and basically told me that it was my error that the email I was sent was incorrect.
