I got to Sacramento station at 2am, my coach was at 2:40. On arrival I was Informed it would be coming at 4:40am, at 4:40 I was then told it was going to be late, however I wasn't told how late. I then waited in the station, where the wifi wasn't working until 7:30 when staff finally showed up. I then asked the women behind the desk and believe it or not, she didn't know when it was coming. I then waited until I was told it would come at 8:30am. Of course though this was in correct and it didn't show till 9:30am. It then took a whole hour until it left. On top of this wifi on the coach didn't work, the drivers were grumpy and stopping off at places where
No one was getting off. All in all I'd say it was a terrible experience and I hope never to ride with grey hound again.
