Bus schedule told me it was a 28 hr trip upon purchasing the ticket for my daughter to come home for the holidays from college her first year I might add. Bus company refused to provide me with any info about the trip because I was not the passenger even thought I purchased the ticket on my debit card. Now my daughter is stuck in Cincinnati without a clear understanding of how she will get back to school because the ticket agents are unable to provide her with any additional information
