The way that they talked to me and someone else, very gross he was acting like if he paid my ticket. Someone else asked the driver if he could go in the van and he was answering so mean and when he was about to pay his seat (the driver was talking with someone on the phone) and he told her “oh hold on i think he don’t have the money”, like that is not a manners to talk with anybody and not even say stuff like that, they also charged me $10 dollars extra for print my tickets both (cause i paid for a round trip) and he charged me $5 for each one.
