My experience with ebus was good overall. It was comfortable. Both drivers I had were nice. I liked the phone charger outlets. Only thing I will say is the washroom doors are jamming when the door is locked from the inside. A lady from the first bus got locked in, and same thing happen to me on the second bus. Other than that things were great, I will consider using ebus in the future.

I had a bus trip that included a transfer & originally scheduled to take just over 10 hours. At the end of the first leg, the bus driver said that all the passengers transferring to the bus for my final destination had to wait 1 1/2 hours for the second leg. As it turns out this was incorrect. It was simply wrong information. I waited with my fellow riders going to my destination to be told we'd missed the correct bus by an hour(!). We were issued tickets for the now available bus to our destination. They made it seem like they were being generous for not charging us for the ticket. This second bus was not an express bus. In all, my trip took almost 3 hours longer than it should have.
