Terrible missed bus because they gave wrong address

The driver was rude to everyone. He was driving recklessly speeding. He refused to slow down. He refused to let my wife and I put our 7 month old in her car seat. The bus was leaning towards semis and people were speeding up to get away from him because he was on their bumpers. Also by the end of the 6 hour bus ride my wife had a panic attack so bad she almost went into cardiac arrest. Do not ride greyhound.

Everything from booking to checking in was quick and easy. Really enjoy the ride from Portland to Medford. Bus was clean and comfortable and the driver was very efficient.
