First of all, we had an excellent driver, very professional, and most of all safety minded. Secondly, he advised of what's going on and makes sure we reach our destination with safe precautions. Lastly, the issue of arriving so late to our destination he had no control. The Bakersfield Amtrak Station supervisor was very disorganized. We were told we'll had to wait for train passengers, about an hour and we waited 4 hours. The supervisor mentioned that we should call in and get refunded. Instead if arriving at 9:30 p.m , we arrived at 2:15 a.m. Also, we were told they close the station in 10 minutes (8:30 p.m.) so we had to go and wait in the cold rain.
