Helpful driver. Slight delay due to traffic congestion but the driver knew his lanes and got us to Bristol earlier than we thought we would make it.

Felt very sorry for our driver trying to get to the airport…what a nightmare for him & many other passengers in cars trying to get their flights. A large number were walking with their luggage from about a mile from the airport. Shocking planning by those responsible, and, from what I could see no 24hr working. Whoever authorised this should hang their heads in shame.
