First time that we have travelled. 2nd driver quite rude as he said my tickets had been printed off wrong and really we shouldn’t travel!! I can only print off what I am sent? Then when we arrived at Bristol to change buses, the driver of the second came in, ignored all of us in the queue and kept us waiting for 45 minutes. He didn’t say a word and then 25 minutes later a floor walker came to say that he had to have a break. By which time we were all very fed up. All it would have taken was him to tell us that!! Slightly dissapointed.
