Good. Though I went to the wrong station that morning but the customer care line was helpful. However, I could have missed the bus as the driver was about to move when I got there. Maybe a follow up Call could be made to ascertain I was there in time before the bus moves since I contacted the customer care earlier of my situation. Thanks.
