Greyhound New York City Rochester recent customer reviews
Mentally disturbing bus service, my bus got cancelled twice and I was alone in the NY city managing all by myself and my luggage. It was hopeless after travelling over the seas and being heard greyhound as a most typical and popular bus service, my experience was worst!

It was very poor on the way back to Rochester, the bus broke down. I did not have a problem with this, but I feel preventative maintenance and daily checks are an important part of a fleet. Especially in a company like Gray Hound. Then we had to wait 4 hours just for anther bus to pick us up. There should have been an earlier bus and a better plan for a transfer. With better planing we would have had only maybe a 2 hour delay.

New York Trailways New York City Rochester recent customer reviews
As a first time traveler on Trail-ways there was no sign to say that toilet paper can be restocked from the last overhead storage. There was no toilet paper and I saw it in the back when I was looking for my bag.The Wi-Fi did not work at all and the bus was a full trip and we only got to sit as a family after Syracuse.

They were on time and curtious. I would recommend them.
The bus was a little dirty and that should be worked on.
But I think I would use them again.
