Bus from New York City to Baltimore: Tickets & Timetables

The drive was smooth. Could use some air fresheners to freshen fabric on seats. Other than that was cool 👍🏾

Its a a good trip. It was prompt; good wifi; reached on time, driver was courteous, drive was smooth

I wasn't aware that the trip would be so long I wasn't clear that there were going to be those many stop that trip should've been label better.

Overall experience was nice until when the bus arrived to the station. The driver did not make any announcements nor open the door so I almost missed my stop! I would have to stay on for another 2 hours until the next stop in DC!

Good But your allowing extra people because of side deals,then that person is a problem because they're smoker,creating an unhealthy environment

The staff failed to make any announcement about the 2:45 AM departure, and misled passengers by referring only to a delayed 1:05 AM bus. I was at the correct gate the entire time. There were no updates, no signage, and no effort to inform us. Later, the staff falsely claimed I “didn’t listen,” which is not only inaccurate, but also deeply unprofessional. As someone for whom English is a second language, this type of behavior can be interpreted as discriminatory and unjust. Requested refund but they repeating it's not refundable ticket.

The bus was overbooked, and we got put out the Penn bus station in the cold we had to wait outside for 2 hours.

Terrible experience. 3 hour delay and poor communication to passengers. Book with anyone else.

First it was another bus that pulled up it didn't say bbb bus and the people on the bus was nasty kept talling loud didn't want to share their seat when bus got to west 30 street was the last time I take bbb bus going to another company with the same price I been with bbb bus for over a year but this pass weekend was the worse

The bus ride was in the designated time more or less but it is winter time and it was freezing. The driver had heat in his area but the rest of the bus was freezing. I walked up to him and explained that people were complaining and I was personally cold as well and he ignored me. We were cold 28 degree weather for 3 and a half hours from NYC to Baltimore. We just froze but he had good heat.

I enjoyed my bus ride

The bus was kinda dingy, every other air conditioning vent was broken, no wifi or outlets, and everyone was making video calls or listening to music without headphones while eating 😅 I should've just splurged on Amtrak when I take the lost productivity/sleep time into account...

My bus was 2 hours late, causing transportation problems in the city of Baltimorea nd check in at the hotel .

It was a pleasant ride. Driver made sure everyone was back on the bus and got me to my destination safely.

Our trip was really excellent. Everything was on time and there were very few hiccups. The bus was extremely comfortable and I really liked our bus driver. He was friendly, thoughtful, and accomodating.

It might be a better experience to drop off passengers in a safer area of Baltimore, e.g. A train station. It felt as if we were dropped off in the middle of nowhere.

We were so delighted with our driver and trip from NYC to Baltimore city. The bus was clean, quiet, and on time!

The bus was exceedingly old and had a nasty smell. Dropout point in Baltimore is literally in the middle of nowhere.

We broke down 3 times on the same highway. We arrived 30 minutes late.

DVR was quite courteous but bus was late by one hour
