I paid for a round trip online and only got a one way ticket printed out and when I arrived in Florida I had to pay $128.00 for another trip back to New Orleans. I feel like I was charged double and the staff was very rude. One driver left a young lady in Mobile,Alabama and riding with huge dog's is very uncomfortable
