Someone was smoking on the bus, there was an obnoxious lady yelling, a person playing music on their phone the ENTIRE ride, and it being hot

The bus driver Was kind and very helpful. He pulled over between Tomah and MInneapolis because some jerk was smoking on the bus. The bus got quite cold after Tomah- the bus driver indicated the door doesn’t always close properly. Also, some woman was talking on her phone on speaker phone... not really respectful. And overall ok experience for the price.

Everyone on bus complained about it. The entire right side of bus had no working outlets lights and the vents barely worked... Not accommodating at all.
