My seat was taken by another rider, it was a window seat which i had reserved. When i approached this person i was told to sit in a seat behind. Which had a window seat so i didn’t mind. She was reclined so far it was almost uncomfortable to sit.

I use this line often and am somewhat unhappy with them at this time.
