The bus never came to my stop. I waited in the cold an hour before and two hours after the scheduled time. Customer service could not locate the bus and had no information to give other than wait for 2 hours and we can reschedule for the next day. We ended up renting a car with the bus travelers together

My first bus arrived to my transport late and second left early meaning I had to use other means to get to my destination. Confused why this occurred since both were jefferson lines i would have thought they would know that one bus had people transferring to the other.

Greyhound’s service and price is absolutely ridiculous. The bus smelled bad, the staff was rude, there was a half empty bus but because of their new policies we all had to sit together which is a shame because in the future I won’t catch greyhound
