The coach leaving from Victoria was on time, the driver was very kind, helpful, cheerful and friend. The coach was not overcrowded so there were more option to choose where to sit and less noisy passengers(last time I travelled early in the morning there were group of people talking laughing loud making the journey unpleasant). But the coach I was waiting for when returning to London was 35 minutes late. I was worried it might not arrive or driver missed the stop but arrived in London on time.

The trip itself was good given that it was raining, the bus was delayed by 20 mins or more. However, because I'm new to Chippenham, when the bus stopped at Chippenham Town Center, I wasn't very sure if I needed to com off since my ticket said Cepen park. So I went to ask the driver, we'll I strongly believe that thus driver was racist base on how I was treated. I asked the driver, is there a stop at Cpen Park as well? I only asked this because I wasn't sure and obviously needed assistance. Instead of assisting me, the driver kept repeating " this is Chippenham, this is Chippenham "; so I came off the bus still nor sure, while trying to still speak to the driver, he just jumped back behind the wheel and shut the door in my face! It was raining heavily as well so that made the situation even worse. I felt so humiliated!

I do think Victoria coach station should be reorganised. There is not enough room for people, not enough seats. We were also told that coaches hadn't arrived when we saw them clearly, right in front of us and this was happening along every departure point.
The coach back however was great. The coach was absolutely on time, good driver and pleasant with it.
