I found the driver on the Stansted to Birmingham run a bit rude but the trip was fine. The Birmingham to Stansted run was late arriving but the driver was lovely although he stopped after a minute or two and swapped with another driver who seemed fine and we were on our way 10-15 mins later. I was cold the first half of the trip and couldn’t work out the overhead controls so I moved to the opposite side of the coach that was getting the sun and that was lovely. On the whole I have no complaints.
