You would think that knowing a wheelchair user had booked a ticket on the coach the company would have the foresight to check the lift was working and they would actually be able to board the passenger but no. After 40 minutes 30 minutes of which involved hitting things with a hammer while the alarm screeched continuously the rest of the passengers including myself were disembarked and told that the coach was being taken out of service
