Bus from VCS to Heathrow Air was missed due to an employee ignoring me and my question . She walked out and shut doors on me. No help that another patron was yelling at her prior to . I had to be rebooked to another bus( ticket staff was wonderful) all though I had to pay an extra 9 pounds. But how about the bus I did get on waited around for passengers to get paperwork and fees sorted out. That bus took off late! So I miss a bus and it cost me additional money b/c your employee ignored and closed door on me, but another waits around and leaves close to 17 min late? Hmm
