The bus was showing on the tracker as cancelled. We didn’t have emails to confirm the bus wasn’t coming. We called national express and a man told us the bus was still coming but it would be 35 minutes late. Once the driver had arrived I asked approx what time we would reach Grimsby and his answer was ‘depends on traffic’ :-/ Awful service, wouldn’t recommend or use again.
