Great service very friendly members of staff. Only disappointment is when my wife needed to use toilet noticed that toilet door not closing properly other people could look inside toilet. Everything else was perfect.

Really friendly drivers. I got this bus last minute due to more strikes on the rail and couldn't be more pleased. It isn't rail staff that need more money, its bus drivers for the hard work they do!
