My flight got delayed from delayed and landed at Heathrow 2 hours late, I had pre booked and payed for my bud to Northampton. I obviously missed the bus. National express could not care less and charged me full price for another ticket!! Will do my best to use alternative bud service in the future

Did not find signage from Terminal five to my coach pick up point clear. Found National Express on sign covering stops 11-15 but no mention of route/coach numbers & stops so bit anxious checking every stop and coach. I was asked by two other travellers where stops were so not only me. Feels like an easy win could be made. Positive-driver was outstanding: helpful, patient and helped other travellers who had missed their coach, waited for someone, explained 10 minutes wait, asked about stops. Super chap-23:50 from LHR to Northampton 29/09/2023
