I am so tired of the rudeness of your drivers and staff. When I got to Bridgwater bus station the driver opened the the luggage compartment and told me to find my own bag. Very poor communication with his colleague who he changed with in Bristol obviously. I had no idea where it had been stored how should I know? I asked him to take out a few bags but he wouldn't. I was at the point of threatening to unload the bags myself when luckily I spotted it right at the back of the compartment. It should have been at the front as Bridgwater was the first stop! Very poor service and the second time I've experienced rudeness on National express in two weeks! A more formal complaint will be sent to the company itself.

Not happy that we are asked to arrive 15/20 mins before our departure time only to find the bus not there & did not arrive till an hour later. No apology, just rush to get one lot off & another on, hence buses not cleaned through
