50+ minutes late, made a stop that was not on the itinerary and very nonchalant about it, was playing music and snapping seeing other passengers were agitated bc of how long it was taking. The delay and the way he was not in a rush at all made me lose my connecting bus at 6PM. We were supposed to arrive at 5:20. We arrived at almost 6:40.
