My bus was cancelled. But, they have not shown courtesy to inform me about the cancellation.. Instead I came to know about the cancellation only when I reached bus station.. It affected my remaining travel plan very badly.. I had to make alternative travel arrangements by myself..I do not recommend online booking as they don’t have any courtesy to handle the customers..
