National Express Folkestone London recent customer reviews
I travelled to and from London on Boxing Day, on - altogether - 3 buses. The journey to London was surprisingly quick and comfortable, the return journey took the advertised time, was uneventful and generally satisfying. Only the first driver (from Folkestone to Canterbury), however, was friendly and informative/communicative, the second one (Canterbury to London) uttered not so much as a greeting and the driver on the return journey now and then muttered the name of an approaching stop, but the information was barely audible and inconsistently supplied.
