Basically I presumed my ticket was for 2:15pm Friday afternoon and not 2:15am hadn't realised it was am bus and therefore have wasted money on two tickets and now have to make other arrangements to catch the nearest train to get to Cardiff on time, very disappointed as it didn't make itt clear it was a different time between am and pm

8:15 from crosshands did not turn up, a replacement Edwards bus taken me to Swansea, missing the connection at 9:05 but was told my original ticket would not be valid on the next bus out of Swansea at 10:05 so had to purchase a new ticket. Missing the connection was through no fault of my own, was not happy to have to purchase a new ticket,
