Customers are pleased with the welcoming and punctual drivers, as well as the comfortable driving experience. However, some mention that buses did not arrive on time at their destination. Despite overall satisfaction with the service, there were complaints about noisy buses and cool temperatures on cold days.

Well it wasn't a coach, it was a double decker bus. Then the bus was late by 12 mins. The driver ask to see my ticket, I had A QR code and it seemed she had never seen one before. It was more money than the train too. So I will continue with the train and driving. Definitely would not recommend it.
