The driver was extremely rude he then told me and my daughter 13 to get of the bus In a little village 1 and a half hours from where we were supposed to be. As we were tourists we thought it was our stop. We then discovered there were no trains as the train station was boarded up and out of use. The busses that were supposed to come didn't and no taxi would pick us up as we were in the middle of nowhere. It was extremely scary as we didn't speak the native young and only a couple spoke a bit of English. Luckily I spoke to couple who were going to the venue that we were going to and they gave us a lift as they could see our distress. As you can understand this situation was pretty scary especially for my daughter but this is the position the bus driver put us in. On looking at the tickets I'd booked Prague to trutnov but on the ticket it states a different location but if you Google maps it there is a location in trutnov but the same location also shows up in other places. Someone made a mistake and we payed for it!

Appalling. The bus was overbooked and our group of nine was not allowed to travel, leaving us stranded in Krakow. This after a one-hour standoff with the driver during which he at one stage attempted to manhandle me off the bus.

Unfortunately, the bus did not arrive on time, nor within an hour of me waiting at the platform. I tried calling all of the numbers indicated on the ticket - with no answer (but with roaming charges) or they did not know where the bus was. I had to find an alternative transport and obviously am very disappointed with the experience.

Overall ok. Bus left 5 minutes earlier, maybe they knew they weren't waiting for anyone else. Coach was quite old, I think it had a clutch problem, and the seats didn't have any pockets. Also no armrests. The 3-4h border delay was not their fault, but considering it's a 14-16h ride, those details add up. Drivers don't speak English.
