Itabus receives praise for its comfortable and hygienic buses, with users appreciating the onboard amenities like toilets and Wi-Fi. The staff is noted for their kindness and professionalism. However, some travelers experienced confusion due to unclear pick-up locations, while others mentioned an unpleasant odor at the start of one trip.

Every thing was good. Bus arrived in Zagreb early and was clean and comfortable. Long term improvements would be power ports and status signs at stations as bus did arrive late in Ljubljana but more than made up the time on the road.

The bus was on time and fast but it smelt like sewage at the start of the trip, it was really gross. Also no seat belts.

We had to wait for over an hour after the scheduled time. Not good! Then we had to lift our heavy suitcases over 1.5 meters and put them in the luggage space without help or guidance from the driver.
