Gontijo receives praise for its punctuality and friendly drivers, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Passengers appreciate the comfortable rides and attentive service, such as adjusting air conditioning upon request. However, some travelers noted issues with non-functioning USB ports on long journeys and limited space inside the bus.

The toiled didn't lock. Which means the light didn't turn on at night. Also it's uncomfortable to sit at a 122° chair for over 25 hours.
