The bus ride was excellent, the only thing is that the app wasnt clear on where exactly I was supposed to wait for the bus which almost made me lost my ride, thankfully at 5:25 AM the guard appeared and he helped me out locating my bus stop but yeah the app should be more specific where to get it since I'm from a foreign contry and it wasn't inmediatly obvious where to wait the bus as there were many stations

Bus was on time but wasn’t informed we would be making 3 additional stops. No bottles of water were provided as with other bus companies. Bus did not appear to have been cleaned, especially the bathroom. Arrived at 3:30pm instead of the scheduled 2pm arrival.
