So luxurious and comfortable. Great space for sitting. Loved the reclining seat - slept like a baby! Hot and cold meals and snacks were first class as well as the options of drinks. The bus steward was so nice and so efficient. The bus left Montevideo on time and arrived in Cordoba on time. Enjoyed the movies as well - better than first class on a plane!

No USB, just scarce power points that passengers had to fight over. Had to shut the curtains overnight even though I wanted to look out the window. I didn't know the service offered food. Otherwise I would have prepared for that. Of all the trips I took in Brazil, this was the only one where staff were not communicative, was late departing and even later arriving, and of all things, did not cater to peopel charging their own phones as they choose when I was told otherwise. Just not impressed. I'd never go EGA again. Cartarinense was so much better.

Friendly staff. Comfortable seating. But I thought it was advertised as a lie flat bed? Instead it was a reclining seat.

Good, the only bad thing was, that the bus did not stop at the bus terminal, where I had an appointment with the car rental , to pick up there the car. They droppend us right after the boarder at the douane from Encarnacion. It was really not told in your information.

the first bus was great and i liked all the services. however the bus arrived late and so i missed my connecting bus and am now waiting for hours for the next available bus.
