A bit late, but most important: we felt really really COLD on the bus, although we asked the driver to raise the temperature three times. A lot of people suffering cold (sweatshirt, blankets, scarf, etc.)

The ticket desk was run very well, with a logical system. Identification of the platform, and the process for checking in bags was efficient. The driver was excellent, and the bus very comfortable, with spacious seats. Lunch stop had great food. We arrived on time.

Bus was fine - quite comfortable actually. When the person in front reclined there wasn’t a lot of space. Could’ve done with WiFi. But the worst part was the driver - he drove like an absolute maniac and nearly spun us off the road when the tyres were screeching round a bend. Not fun on a huge coach.
