The bus staff received praise for their excellent service, but the luggage staff was reportedly rude. Despite some delays, one customer had a good experience traveling comfortably without issues. Another customer appreciated the punctuality and safe driving of the driver, although they felt there were too many stops for such a short distance. However, others mentioned that late arrival and lack of USB charge or wifi on board were drawbacks during their ride.

I booked this company because I saw the seat were very confortable for 21h of bus. But finnaly they put us in another company with seat separate and not as good as we expected. So no I don’t feel this normal at all.

Horrible. The bus come later (about 5 hours late), without any type of Comunication from the staff. I personally had to go and the desk office and claim for information with the people there who didn’t even know what was happening themselves. The way we, as cliente, were treated was really bad and disrespectful. I will claim for my right for reimbursement.
