Arda Tur receives praise for its comfortable and clean buses, as well as the professionalism of its drivers. However, several users have noted communication challenges due to language barriers, with some passengers experiencing confusion during stops. Additionally, there are mentions of occasional delays in departure and arrival times that could be improved upon.

Very helpfull driver and his assistant, I was late for my flight from Istanbul, but Arda's bus driver did everything is possible to help me catch a taxi to airport on his way to bus station in Istanbul. Really appreciate such kindness and help.

The lady hostess should be more smily and friendly.The VIVACOM wifi was not in function during the whole trip. We informed the hostess but she did not do anything to resolve the problem.Drivers should be more gentle when changing gear(too bad for gearbox) and change lanes in a more gentle way.

I am a stranger in the country and was not taken care of at all resulting in me getting off at the wrong station. Why didn't the bus driver help? He knew I was going to Istanbul and the bus was already 2 hours late and it was Istanbul but not the right station. Four hours late is wrong!
