My departure going to banff was supposed to be 4:45pm then they called around 3pm that the schedule has been moved to 4:30pm. I waited in crowfoot station from 4:20pm until 5pm no shuttle showed up, I've been trying to call customer service but all went thru their voicemail. I ended up booking another ticket around 7:30pm, good thing that shuttle is on time.
